Why most couples are unsatisfied with their sex life?
This is more common than you think! Near 30% to 40% of men have quick ejaculation. This normally happens shortly after penetration, or even before the actual start of sex intercourse. Pre mature ejaculation is an unpleasant experience for both partners as this makes the intercourse less enjoyable.
This normally causes feelings of frustration and anxiety, and leads to lower sex desire in the future, as the man feels unable to enjoy the sex and satisfy his partner.

What causes a man to come so fast?
If you normally experience premature comings, you need to visit a urologist to check the causes and use prescribed medicine or methods that help you have longer sexual intercourse.
What is the average time frame to call an ejaculation “premature”?
On average, ejaculations happening under one minute after penetration are known as mild premature ejaculation. Urologists and doctors need patients’ opinions to know how much time they need to enjoy and reach climax.
What is PE in men?
American Urological Association generally defines an ejaculation as “premature” when it happens under one minute after penetration. This is normally a mild time frame, while it can be classified into three severity levels mild, moderate, and severe. Some even feel orgasm before penetration which is very unpleasant for both partners.
No matter what the medical time frame for premature ejaculation is, doctors try to learn about the patient’s feelings, because this is very much subjective to individual opinions.

Premature ejaculation can be a two-word sexual condition that men hate the most! PE in men is so common and many feel shy about it. You may feel helpless when you or your partner (the man) ejaculates so quickly during sexual intercourse. This is so common and there are ways to improve it. So, there is no need to worry!
This situation is called pre mature ejaculation, including rapid ejaculation, premature climax, and early ejaculation. This can be easily treated by simple sex techniques, psychological treatments, exercises, or over-the-counter drugs.
Doctors could not determine a specific time frame to call a sperm discharge “premature”. However, there are approximate estimates of a 1-to-5-minute time frame after the initial penetration during intercourse. The timing is highly subjective and requires couples’ opinions, too.
Doctors use this treatment method for ED & PE troubles and it’s very useful with low side effects.
There are two types of pe in men:
Primary type of PE
If you always had trouble with premature ejection, then you are dealing with the primary type. This can have psychological causes or it can be due to traumatic and unpleasant sexual experiences at early age or performance anxiety. In addition to that, primary pe can be caused due to chemical imbalances in the brain and so on.
Secondary PE
On the other hand, this is acquired over time and it can be caused by both psychological and physical factors. Drinking too much alcohol, prostate gland inflammation, and chronic high blood pressure is the main causes of secondary pe in men. Acquired premature ejaculation can be worsened by the use of recreational drugs.
Actually, there is no test to diagnose premature ejaculation. Doctors try to understand your sexual history, sex timing, your emotions, levels of sexual intimacy between you and your partner, and so on.
The definition of premature ejaculation self-explains the symptoms. However, we repeat the symptoms for clarity purposes:
When you are not able to delay ejaculation, either during intercourse or masturbation, for more than three minutes (after penetration), you are suffering from PE.
Some even ejaculate before penetration and discharge by simple stimulation.
Please note that PE is a subjective-relative issue, which means you need to compare your timing with YOUR previous performance or your expectation.
PE is a sexual dysfunction that can affect your relationship intimacy with women. Women usually do not feel orgasm as soon and simply as men. They need time to enjoy every moment of a sexual intercourse. Therefore, when their partner comes too fast, they do not have enough time to enjoy the intercourse, which will result in total sex dissatisfaction.
On the other hand, men with pe troubles may feel ashamed, angry, or upset about their ability to satisfy themselves and their partners. As a result, their intimacy and closeness with their partner can be lost and they feel less connected with them or feel hurt.
If you are dealing with such sex issues, we recommend you consult with a therapist and make an appointment at our specialized clinic to discuss your pe troubles with a specialized doctor.
There are some techniques and tips to cure premature ejaculation. Surely, you need to consult with a specialist to discover your sex problems and identify the underlying psychological, sexual, or relationship troubles that cause pe.
The sex techniques to naturally treat pe in men include:
- Trying different less-arousing positions, or the position “woman on the top”
- Taking breaks during sex
- Using condoms to decrease sensation
- Breathing techniques
- “Stop-start” and “squeeze” technique
